Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Comprehensive understanding of psychological assessment techniques and intervention strategies

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and psycho-educational assessments for students referred for evaluation
- Collaborate with teams in developing evidence-based interventions and individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct counseling and support services to students experiencing academic, social, or behavioral challenges
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to facilitate student growth and address classroom or home-based concerns
- Lead or participate in multidisciplinary meetings to determine eligibility for special education services
- Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed, connecting families with appropriate resources
- Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and district standards
