Multiple coverage options are available, with assignments ranging in full-time and part-time capacities. Responsibilities center on delivering comprehensive psychological and mental health services, including group and individual counseling, development and documentation of interventions, participation in assessments and evaluations, and collaboration with school teams, families, and community partners. The role requires flexibility to respond to crisis situations, support IEP and 504 plan objectives, and contribute to a positive school climate.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Active Colorado Department of Education Special Service Provider License endorsement in School Psychology
• Demonstrated previous school-based experience
• Proficiency in cognitive, behavioral, and adaptive assessments
• Strong oral and written communication abilities
• Effective collaboration and teamwork mindset across diverse communities
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and approach challenges with critical thinking
• Strong computer and technology skills
• Must successfully complete district background check and fingerprinting

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct services to special education and general education students per IEP and 504 plan requirements
• Monitor progress, create reports, and maintain accurate service documentation
• Participate in team meetings, crisis intervention, and safety planning
• Conduct evaluations, social-emotional assessments, and create allied intervention plans
• Provide psychoeducation and consultation to staff, families, and students
