Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Prior experience in a K-12 setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of educational assessments, IEP development, and MTSS/RTI processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Passion for supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to determine students’ needs and eligibility for services
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide consultation and support to teachers, administrators, and families regarding student learning and mental health needs
• Deliver crisis intervention and short-term counseling as required
• Assist in designing interventions and behavior management plans for students facing academic or behavioral challenges
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines
