Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Prior experience in a K-12 setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of educational assessments, IEP development, and MTSS/RTI processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Passion for supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to determine students’ needs and eligibility for services
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide consultation and support to teachers, administrators, and families regarding student learning and mental health needs
- Deliver crisis intervention and short-term counseling as required
- Assist in designing interventions and behavior management plans for students facing academic or behavioral challenges
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines
