Requirements and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in School Psychology or a related field.
• Valid state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist.
• Previous experience in a K-12 educational setting preferred.
• Ability to perform psychological and academic assessments.
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and special education laws.
• Exceptional communication and report-writing skills.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, parents, and students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students referred for special education services.
• Develop and interpret assessment results to create individualized recommendations.
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams.
• Offer consultation and support to school staff and families regarding student behavior, learning needs, and social-emotional interventions.
• Help implement preventative mental health and behavioral programs within the school community.
• Maintain accurate, confidential student records and comply with all federal and state regulations.
