Step into a key role supporting elementary students’ growth and well-being in a vibrant school community. As a full-time, onsite School Psychologist working with an elementary caseload, you will provide essential services that help children thrive academically, emotionally, and socially. This contract opportunity offers a rewarding blend of assessment, intervention, and collaboration with educators and families.

Your expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping a supportive and inclusive learning environment. You’ll leverage your skills to evaluate student needs, develop effective support plans, and consult with teachers, administrators, and caregivers.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current and valid California School Psychologist License (required)
  • Solid foundation in psychoeducational assessment, intervention strategies, and behavioral consultation
  • Experience with elementary-aged students preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect with students, staff, and families
  • Familiarity with IEP processes, crisis intervention, and multi-disciplinary collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ strengths and needs
  • Develop and help implement individualized education plans (IEPs), working closely with special education teams
  • Provide counseling and behavioral support to students in need, both individually and in groups
  • Collaborate with teachers and families to support student growth and success in the classroom
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to the school’s positive culture

Compensation for this role ranges from $55 to $65 an hour, reflective of your experience and expertise.
