Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification
• Experience working with children and adolescents in grades K-12 strongly preferred
• Familiarity with educational assessments, IEP processes, and multi-tiered systems of support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
• Compassionate approach with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to adapt assessment and intervention strategies to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic evaluations for students in grades K-12
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and other support plans
• Provide group and individual counseling to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Participate in meetings with families and faculty to discuss student progress and recommend effective interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Offer consultation and training to staff to promote a positive learning environment for all students
