Make a true difference in education by providing compassionate support and expert guidance to students. As a School Psychologist (Contract), you’ll partner with educators, students, and families to deliver vital psychological services and foster a positive learning environment.

Key qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
  • Educational Specialist (Ed.S.), Master’s, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Experience assessing students using a variety of psychological and academic tools
  • Proficiency in developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
  • In-depth understanding of state and federal regulations regarding special education
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams

Primary responsibilities:

  • Administer standardized assessments and interpret results to determine student needs
  • Participate in eligibility meetings, reviews, and IEP/504 plan development
  • Offer support to teachers, staff, and parents regarding student behavior and learning challenges
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students with academic, social, or emotional concerns
  • Recommend interventions, accommodations, and strategies to enhance student success
  • Respond to crisis situations and contribute expertise in school-wide prevention efforts
  • Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and comply with educational and ethical standards
