Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active School Psychologist certification and state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience completing psychoeducational assessments, IEP participation, and developing intervention plans
• Strong communication and consultation skills to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents
• Proficiency in evaluating academic and behavioral needs, crisis intervention, and counseling
• Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) frameworks
• Adaptability to school settings and diverse student populations

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine student needs and eligibility for special education services
• Providing support and recommendations to staff and families regarding learning or behavioral strategies
• Leading and participating in IEP meetings, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures
• Assisting in the development and implementation of positive behavioral support plans
• Delivering counseling services individually and in groups as appropriate
• Collaborating with school teams to build a safe, effective, and inclusive school environment
