Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a school psychologist
  • Familiarity with assessment tools, behavioral interventions, and IEP processes
  • Strong communication skills to work with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Previous experience in a K-12 school environment preferred
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive educational spaces

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and outside agencies to develop intervention strategies
  • Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts within the school community
  • Provide direct counseling services to students, either individually or in groups
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and support data-driven decision-making
