Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a school psychologist
- Familiarity with assessment tools, behavioral interventions, and IEP processes
- Strong communication skills to work with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Previous experience in a K-12 school environment preferred
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive educational spaces
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and outside agencies to develop intervention strategies
- Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts within the school community
- Provide direct counseling services to students, either individually or in groups
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and support data-driven decision-making
