Title: School Psychologist – Full-Time School-Based Position

Overview: Soliant Education is seeking dedicated School Psychologists to join our team for the 2026/2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals to support students across Early Childhood Education through high school in a collaborative district environment. Multiple openings are available, with assignments determined on a first-come, first-served basis. Requirements:
Master's Degree, Specialist's Degree, or Doctorate in School Psychology required
Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services Provider License with School Psychology endorsement required
Previous school-based experience required
Strong assessment, report writing, communication, and collaboration skills
Strong computer technology skills
Background check and fingerprinting required prior to start
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational, cognitive, behavioral, and adaptive assessments
Provide individual and group counseling services aligned with IEP goals
Develop Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and Educational Impact Statements
Participate in IEP, MTSS, manifestation determination, and multidisciplinary team meetings
Respond to crisis situations, complete suicide risk assessments, and support school safety planning
Collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and outside service providers to support student success
Interview Process:
(10-15) minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter
(20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school district
Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
Work Hours:
Full-Time
35 hours per week
Monday–Friday
July 31, 2026 – May 26, 2027
Assignments vary based on district needs and may serve students from ECE through High School.
