Qualifications:

• Previous experience in schools required
• Master’s, Specialist’s, or Doctorate in School Psychology
• Active CDE Special Service Provider License with School Psychology endorsement
• Strong assessment, communication, and crisis management abilities
• Proficient with current technology
• Must complete district credentialing/background check

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct counseling, develop and monitor interventions, and conduct evaluations for special education students
• Manage crisis situations, including suicide risk assessments and safety plans
• Complete comprehensive assessments and write evaluation reports
• Collaborate in IEP and MTSS meetings
• Consult with staff, families, and external agencies
• Provide professional development and psychoeducation
• Support behavioral and academic initiatives school-wide
