Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois School Psychologist Certification
- Experience (or enthusiasm) for working with elementary-aged students
- Skill in conducting educational and psychological evaluations
- Familiarity with the MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) process
- Strong communication skills and comfort in team settings
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to support student development and learning needs
- Actively assist with the MTSS process, collaborating with teachers and interventionists
- Attend and contribute to IEP and student support meetings
- Work closely with the school's Social Worker and SLP, forming a multidisciplinary team
- Consult with teachers and families, ensuring students’ social, emotional, and academic growth
