Embark on a rewarding, full-time opportunity as a School Psychologist for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year in a dynamic educational setting near Aurora, IL. This on-site, contract position begins as soon as possible and continues through May 27, 2027, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule totaling 37.5 hours each week. What we’re seeking:

• Active School Psychologist certification aligned with state requirements
• Previous experience in a school setting desired
• Skilled in completing initial and triennial evaluations
• Proficiency in evaluation administration, report writing, and data interpretation
• Strong collaboration abilities for IEP and special education meetings
• Ability to coordinate necessary paperwork and maintain strict confidentiality
• Effective participation in consultative processes across multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to student advocacy, inclusivity, and positive school climate

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as an active member of the Crisis Intervention Team, responding to urgent student needs
• Coordinate and document all paperwork required for special education assessments
• Conduct comprehensive initial and triennial psychological evaluations
• Prepare clear, detailed reports that guide student supports and services
• Engage regularly in IEP, building, and special education meetings
• Provide consultation to staff and families to promote student well-being and success
