Step into a key role supporting student success as a School Psychologist, working onsite across three school buildings. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by conducting special education evaluations and collaborating closely with educational staff and families. As a valued member of the school community, you’ll help shape interventions that benefit students’ growth and achievement.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 3:15 PM

Responsibilities include:

  • Completing approximately 70 psychoeducational evaluations annually to help guide eligibility decisions
  • Providing services across three separate school buildings, supporting diverse student populations
  • Working as an active participant in monthly team meetings to review student progress and discuss best practices
  • Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective supports
  • Ensuring compliance with special education regulations and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Reporting directly to the district supervisor

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • A valid Indiana School Psychologist license
  • Previous experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and determining special education eligibility is preferred
  • Strong understanding of special education law, compliance requirements, and ethical practice standards
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Detail-oriented approach to managing evaluation caseload and documentation
