A School Psychologist position is available starting Spring 2026 in Baldwinsville, NY. This onsite role involves providing comprehensive psychological services within a school setting, focusing on student assessments and actively participating in Committee on Special Education (CSE) meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments for students to identify learning and behavioral needs.
- Chair and contribute to CSE meetings, collaborating with educators, parents, and staff.
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) based on assessment findings.
- Provide consultation and support to teachers and administrators regarding student interventions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid New York State School Psychologist Certificate is required.
- Experience in school-based psychological evaluation and intervention.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, families, and school personnel.
- Ability to manage multiple assessments and casework efficiently.
