Essential Qualifications:

  • Hold current, valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (non-negotiable requirement)
  • Demonstrated experience providing psychological assessments, counseling, and interventions in educational settings
  • Strong understanding of multi-tiered support systems, behavioral interventions, and IEP/504 processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, faculty, and families
  • Ability to commit to in-person services throughout the contract
  • Adaptable and eager to work within a dynamic school community

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs of students
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with educators, families, and related service providers
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support special education eligibility and planning
  • Provide direct and indirect support to students, including individual and group counseling
  • Promote positive school climate and preventive mental health strategies
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all ethical and professional standards
