Key Qualifications:
- Valid license/certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience working across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Strong understanding of IEP development, behavioral assessments, and data-driven interventions
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with students, staff, and families
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and maintain thorough documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students referred for academic or behavioral support
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention for students as needed
- Deliver direct and indirect support services, such as skill-building groups and teacher consultation
- Promote positive behavioral interventions and support a safe, inclusive educational environment
- Communicate clearly with families to share findings and recommendations for student growth
