Key Qualifications:

  • Valid license/certification as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working across elementary, middle, and high school levels
  • Strong understanding of IEP development, behavioral assessments, and data-driven interventions

  • Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and maintain thorough documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students referred for academic or behavioral support
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention for students as needed
  • Deliver direct and indirect support services, such as skill-building groups and teacher consultation
  • Promote positive behavioral interventions and support a safe, inclusive educational environment
  • Communicate clearly with families to share findings and recommendations for student growth
