Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid licensure as a School Psychologist
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related discipline
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting evaluation data
- Strong counseling, consultation, and report-writing skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Familiarity with IEP and 504 plan processes is a plus
- Previous experience in a school environment preferred, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer individual and group assessments to identify student needs and inform interventions
- Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs and behavioral plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to promote positive outcomes for students
- Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Assist with data-driven decision-making to support academic and emotional growth
- Accurately maintain documentation in accordance with district and legal requirements
