Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related discipline
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting evaluation data
  • Strong counseling, consultation, and report-writing skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Familiarity with IEP and 504 plan processes is a plus
  • Previous experience in a school environment preferred, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer individual and group assessments to identify student needs and inform interventions
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs and behavioral plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to promote positive outcomes for students
  • Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention as needed
  • Assist with data-driven decision-making to support academic and emotional growth
  • Accurately maintain documentation in accordance with district and legal requirements
