Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure or certification as a school psychologist
• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred and required for effective communication
• Previous experience in a K-12 school setting is beneficial
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication abilities
• Familiarity with assessment tools, intervention strategies, and IEP processes
• Cultural sensitivity and an inclusive approach to supporting students from various backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and interpret test results to identify students’ educational and emotional needs
• Develop and assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans
• Deliver direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to address learning and behavioral challenges
• Support crisis intervention, counseling, and prevention activities within the school community
• Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with applicable regulations
• Advocate for appropriate academic and behavioral supports for all students
