As a contract School Psychologist, you'll collaborate closely with educators, families, and staff to address a variety of student needs. This full-time position is designed for those passionate about making a difference across a spectrum of disabilities, ranging from mild to severe. Enjoy a structured Monday through Friday schedule, with a standard 7-hour workday.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Washington State certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with students in elementary and middle school environments
• Knowledgeable in assessment, intervention, and counseling practices for students with diverse disabilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to effectively manage documentation and comply with timelines

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in eligibility meetings
• Deliver counseling and interventions to support students’ academic and social success
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote positive educational outcomes
• Maintain thorough records and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Provide crisis response and facilitate interventions as needed

For this position, you can anticipate competitive compensation between $55 and $65 per hour, reflective of your credentials and experience.
