Step into a meaningful role supporting young learners for the 2026/2027 school year as a School Psychologist. This contract opportunity offers a full-time schedule—37.5 hours weekly—working within an elementary caseload. As a vital member of the educational community, you will focus primarily on conducting assessments to help inform and enhance student learning experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Valid LSSP (Licensed Specialist in School Psychology) license required
  • Experience or interest in working with elementary-aged students
  • Proficiency in conducting psychological and educational assessments
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills within a school environment
  • Ability to deliver comprehensive evaluation reports and participate in IEP meetings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual psychological and psychoeducational assessments for elementary students
  • Interpret assessment data and provide recommendations to instructional teams and families
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to support student success
  • Participate in eligibility, intervention, and planning meetings as a resource and advocate
  • Document and maintain confidential records in accordance with school, state, and federal guidelines
  • Support a positive, inclusive school climate and promote student well-being
