A K-12 school in Bear, DE, is seeking a dedicated and skilled school psychologist for a contract position covering the current school year. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of students within a diverse school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments to identify student strengths and needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state certification or licensure as a school psychologist

- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, behavioral interventions, and special education laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and staff
