Key Qualifications:
- Active State School Psychologist certification required
- Experience providing psychological services in a school setting preferred
- Knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and IEP development
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, parents, and teams
- Ability to manage caseloads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to identify student needs
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and supports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed for students
- Consult with educators and parents regarding academic and behavioral concerns
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
