Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
- Valid and current state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting educational, behavioral, and psychological assessments
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes, special education laws, and intervention strategies
- Collaborative communication skills and ability to work well with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional growth
Responsibilities:
- Administer, score, and interpret a variety of psychological assessments for students referred for services
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Participate in problem-solving teams and provide consultative support to educators and parents
- Deliver individual and group counseling sessions to address students' social-emotional needs
- Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation in compliance with legal guidelines
- Guide and support evidence-based interventions for behavioral and academic challenges
- Provide crisis intervention support as needed within the school community
