Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
  • Valid and current state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
  • Experience conducting educational, behavioral, and psychological assessments
  • Strong knowledge of IEP processes, special education laws, and intervention strategies
  • Collaborative communication skills and ability to work well with multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional growth

Responsibilities:

  • Administer, score, and interpret a variety of psychological assessments for students referred for services
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Participate in problem-solving teams and provide consultative support to educators and parents
  • Deliver individual and group counseling sessions to address students' social-emotional needs
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation in compliance with legal guidelines
  • Guide and support evidence-based interventions for behavioral and academic challenges
  • Provide crisis intervention support as needed within the school community
