What You’ll Bring:

• Active Delaware School Psychologist license (required)
• Prior experience in school settings, particularly with varied age groups from preschool to high school
• Proven skills in evaluations, assessments, and writing detailed reports
• Strong track record of contributing to multidisciplinary IEP teams
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and support multiple school sites
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities
• Reliable transportation to travel between sites as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students across age groups
• Deliver thorough, actionable written reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate results and recommendations to teams and families
• Collaborate daily with school staff and other supports to facilitate student success
• Adapt service delivery to meet the needs of students at multiple grade levels
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation
• Complete required Red Clay fingerprinting in the initial days on assignment
