You’ll work in person as part of the Early Years Program, focusing on psychoeducational evaluations, report writing, and active participation in IEP meetings. What You’ll Bring:
- Active Delaware School Psychologist license (required)
- Prior experience in school settings, particularly with varied age groups from preschool to high school
- Proven skills in evaluations, assessments, and writing detailed reports
- Strong track record of contributing to multidisciplinary IEP teams
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and support multiple school sites
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities
- Reliable transportation to travel between sites as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students across age groups
- Deliver thorough, actionable written reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate results and recommendations to teams and families
- Collaborate daily with school staff and other supports to facilitate student success
- Adapt service delivery to meet the needs of students at multiple grade levels
- Maintain timely, compliant documentation
- Complete required Red Clay fingerprinting in the initial days on assignment
