Qualifications:
- School Psychologist certification (state requirements apply)
- Experience with trauma-informed behavioral/counseling services
- Skilled in psychoeducational assessments and behavioral evaluations
- Prior school-based experience preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and small-group counseling
- Conduct psychoeducational and behavioral evaluations
- Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Support the implementation of MTSS frameworks
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Participate in IEP and Section 504 meetings
- Assist with crisis response and safety planning
- Develop transition plans to support reintegration
