This full-time contract role covers a maternity leave, allowing you to make a meaningful impact as a School Psychologist from August 24, 2026 through November 18, 2026. You’ll work closely with educators, families, and administrators to develop supportive strategies and foster student success in an elementary school setting.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Wisconsin School Psychologist Certification or a valid Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) credential is required
  • Experience working with elementary-age students preferred
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational talents
  • Previous experience in a school environment is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for elementary students
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student learning and emotional well-being
  • Offer crisis intervention services and recommendations for classroom management strategies
  • Maintain thorough records and ensure compliance with all school and state regulations
