Key Qualifications:
- Active Oregon state license as a School Psychologist is required
- At least 3 years of experience as a School Psychologist in a school setting is ideal
- Strong ability to manage a high school caseload and adapt to diverse student needs
- Experience providing psychological evaluations, facilitating IEP meetings, and delivering consultation and counseling services
- Comfort with attending a pre-screening conducted by the Administrative Secretary prior to final interview stages
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychological services including individual evaluations, assessments, and counseling for high school students
- Guide and participate in IEP meetings, working with families, teachers, and support staff to create comprehensive educational plans
- Serve as a consultative resource to staff and parents regarding student learning, mental health concerns, and behavioral interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure students receive appropriate interventions and support services
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to confidentiality protocols in all aspects of service delivery
