As a vital contributor on the school team, you’ll conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to foster student development and ensure academic success. You’ll collaborate closely with educators and families, champion student advocacy, and provide guidance tailored to a diverse K-12 caseload.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active School Psychologist license in Oregon (OR)
  • Certification to serve K-12 students
  • Experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
  • Strong skills in conducting thorough evaluations and assessments
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive campus environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations, re-evaluations, and assessments for students K-12
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to optimize student learning and well-being
  • Analyze data and interpret assessment results to recommend strategies and interventions
  • Support crisis intervention, participate in student support meetings, and contribute to a safe school environment
  • Maintain up-to-date, confidential student records in alignment with district and state requirements
