School Psychologist | Bedford, Indiana

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology
• Valid certification or license to practice as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments
• Strong understanding of Response to Intervention (RTI), MTSS, and special education eligibility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but passionate new grads are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students referred for evaluation
• Interpret assessment results and provide recommendations to teachers, parents, and administrators
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and specialists to create supportive interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings, helping families and staff understand student needs and services
• Deliver counseling or crisis intervention services as needed
• Support the creation of positive, inclusive learning environments for all students
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with state and federal regulations
