Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid state license or certification as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
• Strong skills in consultation, counseling, and behavioral intervention
• Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support and student response to intervention
• Comfortable working with diverse student populations
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with educators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and behavioral assessments as needed for student support (excluding RCT testing)
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to develop strategies for student success
• Provide direct counseling services to students individually or in groups
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and student support plans
• Interpret data to guide decision-making processes for student support teams
• Foster family-school partnerships through effective communication and engagement
• Support crisis intervention and serve as a resource for mental health needs within the school
