Desired Qualifications:
- Current and valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience in school-based psychological services, including conducting evaluations and coordinating IEPs
- Strong understanding of evidence-based intervention strategies
- Effective communication, collaboration, and consultation skills
- Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI)
- Comfortable managing caseloads of 40–50 students
- Ability to adapt quickly within dynamic school settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
- Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs for students
- Design, monitor, and modify intervention plans to support student growth
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administration to enhance student outcomes
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Engage in consultative services with parents and staff to promote a positive school climate
