This role, beginning August 24, 2026, and continuing through June 7, 2027, provides the chance to work closely with a diverse student population in one building while collaborating with both Hadley Middle School and Bedford High School. The position offers a 37.5-hour workweek, ensuring you have ample time to make a meaningful difference in students’ academic and emotional success.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current and valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Previous experience in school-based psychological services, including conducting evaluations and coordinating IEPs
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and consultation skills
  • Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI)
  • Comfortable managing caseloads of 40–50 students
  • Ability to adapt quickly within dynamic school settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
  • Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs for students
  • Design, monitor, and modify intervention plans to support student growth
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administration to enhance student outcomes
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
  • Engage in consultative services with parents and staff to promote a positive school climate
