School Psychologist - Bedford, Ohio

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist licensure (state certification required)
• Experience conducting student evaluations and writing IEPs
• Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and progress monitoring
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and staff
• Ability to organize and manage a caseload of 40-50 students effectively
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school-setting

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
• Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers and intervention specialists to create student support plans
• Deliver direct services and interventions to students as appropriate
• Consult with staff and families on academic, social, behavioral, and mental health needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and data for compliance and progress tracking
• Advocate for an inclusive and positive school climate
