Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist licensure (state certification required)
- Experience conducting student evaluations and writing IEPs
- Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and progress monitoring
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and staff
- Ability to organize and manage a caseload of 40-50 students effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school-setting
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
- Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers and intervention specialists to create student support plans
- Deliver direct services and interventions to students as appropriate
- Consult with staff and families on academic, social, behavioral, and mental health needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and data for compliance and progress tracking
- Advocate for an inclusive and positive school climate
