Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or related field
• Current or eligible Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement
• Experience working with students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels (K–12)
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and educational assessments to support students’ learning and behavioral needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support inclusive school environments
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention for students as needed
• Consult with teachers and parents on learning and behavioral concerns
• Contribute to the development of school-wide practices that improve student outcomes
