Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- State certification or licensure as a school psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Master’s or specialist degree in school psychology or a related field
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
- Familiarity with conducting psychoeducational evaluations and utilizing assessment tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and parents
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a variety of psychoeducational evaluations to assess students’ learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Provide clear recommendations and reports to IEP teams, teachers, and families
- Engage in consultation with staff and parents regarding student supports and intervention strategies
- Support the implementation of educational and behavioral interventions
- Maintain accurate, timely records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings focused on student outcomes
Compensation for this position is competitive, with a range of $50-$60 per hour based on experience and qualifications. The role is full-time at 37.5 hours per week, providing a consistent schedule and opportunity to make an ongoing difference.
