Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Valid Texas LSSP (Licensed Specialist in School Psychology) license, active by your start date
  • Experience working as a School Psychologist in educational settings
  • Ability to manage diverse student caseloads, with some flexibility to target your preferred age groups
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to ethical practice and student-centered approaches

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results for eligibility and program planning
  • Deliver individual and group counseling, behavior interventions, and consultation services
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to special education teams
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with school and state requirements
  • Build supportive relationships with students, families, and school staff
