Qualifications and Experience:
- Active South Carolina School Psychology License required
- Previous experience as a school psychologist in a K-12 setting preferred
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and counseling skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and travel between multiple school sites
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities
- Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational assessments of students across grade levels
- Analyze testing data to develop individualized education plans and intervention strategies
- Provide counseling services to address academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Work in multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Deliver clear, effective communication with teachers, parents, and administrators
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation per state and district requirements
- Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings as needed
