Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active South Carolina School Psychology License required
  • Previous experience as a school psychologist in a K-12 setting preferred
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and counseling skills
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and travel between multiple school sites
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities
  • Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological and educational assessments of students across grade levels
  • Analyze testing data to develop individualized education plans and intervention strategies
  • Provide counseling services to address academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Work in multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Deliver clear, effective communication with teachers, parents, and administrators
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation per state and district requirements
  • Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings as needed
