Desired Experience and Credentials:

  • Hold a valid licensure/certification as a School Psychologist
  • Proficient in assessment, counseling, and consultation within K-12 (elementary, middle, and high school) populations
  • Experience developing interventions, conducting evaluations, and contributing to student support teams
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support personnel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with IEPs, 504 Plans, and multi-tiered systems of support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results to guide educational planning
  • Provide direct and indirect counseling services to students managing academic, social, or behavioral challenges
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement effective interventions and strategies
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student needs are met
  • Offer crisis intervention and mental health support as needed
  • Guide the development and implementation of preventive and responsive support programs
