Licensed Certified School Psychologist - Bennington, Vermont

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current licensure as a School Psychologist
• Certification to work in K-12 settings (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Proven experience conducting assessments, counseling, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong knowledge of educational testing, behavioral management strategies, and intervention planning
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations for students in various grade levels to identify strengths and areas needing support
• Deliver counseling and intervention services individually and in small groups
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to create and implement effective support plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on student progress monitoring
• Provide crisis management and response as needed within the school setting
• Maintain detailed and confidential student records in accordance with state and federal guidelines
