This contract role offers the opportunity to collaborate with staff, empower students, and foster an inclusive environment across elementary, middle, and high school levels.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Certification appropriate for K-12 settings
  • Experience delivering psychological services in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
  • Solid understanding of IEP processes, assessment, and counseling techniques
  • Strong interpersonal skills with educators, students, and families
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and adapt to various school environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results to inform educational planning
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and 504 Plans
  • Provide individual and group counseling to support student well-being
  • Collaborate with educators and administrators to create safe, supportive learning environments
  • Offer crisis intervention and behavioral consultation as needed
  • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and outside providers
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and legal standards
