This full-time, on-site opportunity extends through May 2027, offering a consistent schedule of 35 hours per week during the school year. Qualifications:
- Current and valid School Psychologist certification in Pennsylvania is required
- Solid understanding of assessment tools and Special Education processes
- Experience with initial evaluations and triennial assessments
- Ability to facilitate PPT meetings with professionalism and clarity
- Strong verbal/written communication and collaboration skills
- Capacity for both individual and small group counseling preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive initial and triennial psychological assessments for K-12 students
- Interpret assessment data and provide written reports to support educational planning
- Facilitate and participate in PPT (Planning and Placement Team) meetings, sharing insights and recommendations
- Offer a small caseload of individual and group counseling services as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention strategies
- Support students’ academic, social, and emotional needs through evidence-based practices
- Maintain documentation and adhere to state and district guidelines for compliance and best practices
