Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid School Psychologist certification and professional license
• Experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school environments
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and consultation methods
• Ability to connect and communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
• Knowledge of best practices in school psychology and student support
• Detail-oriented and well-organized with excellent documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students at various grade levels
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create supportive classroom environments
• Deliver counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
• Participate in team meetings and provide recommendations to enhance student academic, social, and emotional success
• Maintain thorough and confidential records in alignment with all legal and ethical requirements
