In this engaging role, you'll work across an elementary, a high school, and a non-public school, collaborating with educators and families to make a tangible difference in the academic and social-emotional growth of students.

This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic settings and value variety in their daily responsibilities. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:45 am to 3:45 pm, providing a consistent and predictable schedule to balance work and life.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current (or eligibility to obtain) Minnesota licensure as a School Psychologist; willingness to apply through Minnesota’s licensing system if not already licensed
  • Experience working with students at various age and developmental levels
  • Strong understanding of assessment, intervention, and consultation processes in school settings
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
  • Compassionate, student-centered mindset with adaptability to different school cultures

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct academic and behavioral assessments to guide interventions and support planning
  • Lead and participate in student support and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Partner with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop tailored educational strategies
  • Deliver direct and indirect psychological services to students, including counseling and crisis intervention when necessary
  • Help foster positive, inclusive environments where every student can thrive
