Licensed Certified School Psychologist - Bigelow, Arkansas

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification and licensure
• Experience working in elementary, middle school, and/or high school settings
• Strong ability to conduct psychological assessments, interpret data, and provide recommendations
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Deep understanding of federal, state, and best practice guidelines relating to school psychology
• Experience in developing and implementing IEPs and 504 Plans is highly valued
• Commitment to ethical standards and advocacy for all students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and monitor appropriate interventions
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams and support Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
• Deliver direct and indirect psychological services to students
• Facilitate social-emotional learning initiatives and crisis intervention as needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal requirements
