Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification and licensure
- Experience working in elementary, middle school, and/or high school settings
- Strong ability to conduct psychological assessments, interpret data, and provide recommendations
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Deep understanding of federal, state, and best practice guidelines relating to school psychology
- Experience in developing and implementing IEPs and 504 Plans is highly valued
- Commitment to ethical standards and advocacy for all students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and monitor appropriate interventions
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams and support Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
- Deliver direct and indirect psychological services to students
- Facilitate social-emotional learning initiatives and crisis intervention as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal requirements
