Key Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification in Illinois

  • Excellent observational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents from diverse backgrounds

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group assessments to identify academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention and support plans
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, serving as a key resource for student support strategies
  • Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and parents regarding interventions and classroom accommodations
  • Assist with crisis intervention and counseling as needed
  • Document findings and recommendations clearly and efficiently according to school protocols
  • Support ongoing student progress monitoring and data-driven decision-making
