Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or a closely related field
• Prior experience providing psychological services within a school environment preferred
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and consultation skills
• Knowledge of special education laws and best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and psychoeducational assessments for students referred for evaluation
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and help design appropriate educational plans
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students, either individually or in group settings
• Consult with staff and families to address academic, behavioral, and emotional concerns
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior management programs
• Keep accurate records and prepare required reports in a timely manner
