Key Qualifications:

• Licensed or eligible as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience in K-12 school settings preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, consultation, and intervention skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Demonstrated understanding of multi-tiered systems of support
• Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills
• Adaptable and responsive in a dynamic school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete psychoeducational evaluations and assist in eligibility determinations
• Deliver direct and indirect services to support students’ learning and well-being
• Collaborate in the development and monitoring of IEPs and behavior intervention plans
• Provide crisis intervention and response as needed
• Consult with staff and parents to support student success
• Use data-driven decision-making to inform practices
• Support positive school climate initiatives and staff professional development
