• Valid state certification and credentials as a School Psychologist
• Demonstrated experience with behavioral intervention, counseling, and assessment
• Strong background in trauma-informed care and supporting students with intensive needs
• Proficiency in conducting psychoeducational evaluations and Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
• Previous work on Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and crisis response preferred
• Skill in collaborative consultation with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with MTSS, IEP, and Section 504 processes

Core responsibilities:

• Provide individual and small-group counseling tailored to address student needs
• Complete psychoeducational and behavioral evaluations to inform programming
• Conduct FBAs and help develop, monitor, and revise BIPs
• Provide consultative support and collaborate with teachers and families
• Actively participate in IEP and 504 meetings, offering behavioral or mental health insights
• Assist with MTSS implementation across school settings
• Support transition planning to enable smooth reintegration for students returning to their home schools
• Offer crisis response and assist with school-wide safety planning
