School Psychologist - Boiling Springs, SC

This full-time contract opportunity features a 37.5-hour workweek and involves working closely with elementary school students at two welcoming campuses. Your expertise in evaluations and assessments will help shape individualized education and support plans, empowering students to reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid School Psychologist license issued by the state of South Carolina
• Previous experience in school-based psychological services is preferred
• Proficient in conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments
• Strong understanding of best practices for developing interventions and individualized educational plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform psychological assessments to identify students' strengths and areas for growth
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting in accordance with federal, state, and district guidelines
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling support as needed
• Travel between two elementary school campuses as assigned
• Participate in meetings to discuss student progress and recommend interventions
