Step into a meaningful role supporting K-12 students throughout the 2026-2027 school year as a School Psychologist on a full-time contract. This position serves multiple buildings in the area and offers the opportunity to provide impactful guidance and assessments that shape student success.

As a valued professional in this setting, you'll conduct around 40 evaluations annually, ensuring a comprehensive approach to student assessment and support. The contract runs from August through May, aligning with the academic calendar and allowing you flexibility during the summer months.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist credential or eligibility for state certification
  • Previous experience working in schools, preferably handling a caseload across more than one location
  • Familiarity with assessment tools, eligibility criteria, and individualized education planning
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, students, and families
  • Proven ability to facilitate meetings and present findings clearly and supportively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend domain meetings to establish assessment areas and gather relevant information
  • Administer psychoeducational assessments, analyze results, and compile detailed reports
  • Present evaluation outcomes and recommendations at team meetings, fostering inclusive, student-focused solutions
  • Complete eligibility determinations in accordance with district procedures and state regulations
  • Collaborate with educational staff in multiple buildings to support individualized instruction and social-emotional growth
