Desired Qualifications:
- Holds or is eligible for appropriate state licensure as a School Psychologist
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
- Experience conducting assessments, developing interventions, and collaborating on IEP teams
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with students of different developmental levels, educators, and families
- Ability to manage a dynamic caseload across multiple grade ranges
- Familiarity with best practices for child and adolescent mental health
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
- Collaborate with special education teams to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and consultative services in both a junior high and a kindergarten environment
- Deliver counseling and mental health support to students as needed
- Analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Advise staff and families on strategies to improve student learning and well-being
