Skills and Experience Sought:

• Active certification/licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility)
• Prior experience working with varied age groups, preferably both early childhood and adolescent populations
• Knowledge of school-based assessments, individualized education plans, and behavioral interventions
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families from diverse backgrounds
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations for students at both junior high and kindergarten buildings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and administrators to implement strategies that support students’ learning and emotional well-being
• Assist with crisis intervention, behavioral management planning, and consultation regarding best practices
• Facilitate participation in IEP meetings, interpreting assessment results for parents and educational staff
• Advocate for students’ needs and uphold ethical standards within all aspects of practice
