Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students as a School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the vibrant communities surrounding Bolingbrook and Cicero, IL. This full-time contract opportunity runs from August 18th through May 28th, with some flexibility for emergency days that could extend the end date.

As part of a dedicated team of professionals, you’ll engage with an elementary and PreK-8th grade caseload, where assignments will be determined in partnership with fellow psychologists. Your expertise will help foster student growth, collaborative support, and inclusive education.

What You’ll Need:

  • Valid Illinois PEL (Professional Educator License) and compliance with all state requirements.
  • Experience working with students who have low-to-severe disabilities is preferred, but motivated new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Passion for contributing to the development, assessment, and support plans for diverse learners.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students across PreK-8th grades.
  • Develop targeted intervention strategies in collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff.
  • Offer crisis intervention, behavioral support, and counseling as needed.
  • Play a vital role in IEP meetings and contribute to evaluation processes.
  • Work onsite Monday through Friday, 8am-3:30pm, up to 40 hours weekly.
